1. I felt like I can use his answers as mine for mine interview rather for the real interview. Seeing them answering does not make me feel prepare for the interview.
2. I felt very nervous when they were asking me questions because I didn’t know what to say. I was not confident whatsoever.
3. I feel like I could’ve done way better to my answers. The questions I find easy is the reason I want the job. The difficult questions is when I was saying things about myself.
4. My advice is to be as confident as you can and always come prepare and predict what they will ask you depend on your job that you want.
5. I did the interview pretty bad for a fake version. So that means for the real version I would be even more nervous than I was. What I learned is to become prepare so you won’t be stuck. The way I should dress is a little formal to get a good impression. The way  I should behave is in a such a good mood. Don’t give them the attitude. I should bring my resume for my interview.
6. What I think the good thing is to get that information on what might happen when you get interviewed. I need to be more confident for next time I get interviewed. I need this skill to become better at being interviewed.
7. What qualification do you have for this job?

Good: I have past experience with cooking and I can also multitask for this job that I can use this skill for my job.

Bad: I am good at a lot of things.

You always need to be specific to let the interviewer know that you can get the job done.

I learned that I still want to proceed to this career. I also learned  a lot more information on what do do being a chef.

I think I did really well on the presentation. I wasn’t as nervous presenting and I put good information.

Some good presentation technique I should do is to stop hearing the audience so it doesn’t effect me if I do something wrong.

4.What if anything, could you have done differently to change the outcome of your presentation?

I think I could’ve speak louder to let everyone hear.

Lincolns birthday is the topic I am using for my holiday assignment. Lincolns Birthday is at February 12, 2018. People celebrate it because he is one of our best president in the United States history. People don’t really make a big deal out of this like setting up a parade but the sometimes do. But a lot of people would say it is his birthday so most of us cares. Lincolns birthday is usually celebrated in Illinois, Connecticut,  Indiana, New Jersey, New Mexico, and West Virginia. There are other states but they don’t celebrate it as much as the countries I told you. I’ll celebrate this birthday because I learned a lot about him and I also think that he deserves it especially when I lived in Illinois for like my whole life. I am pretty sure that people would celebrate it because it is his birthday.  This picture below is symbolizing Lincoln celebrating his birthday like how we would celebrate it right now in this generation. In my opinion I think this is a good day for all of the United States.Lincoln made too many good decisions to make what the United States on what we are now.  You should celebrate it.

Harriet Tubman was a brave women who was born into slavery. Harriet lead the way to escape slavery with her friends to the north. After that great adventure, she became the most famous conductor  on the underground railroad. She also risk her life to free other slaves into freedom. As the nice thing she did, she replace Andrew Jackson on a $20 bill. To honor what she did. This picture represent that if anybody needs help, you can help them. Also, if you have a dream no matter what environment you have, you have to take the big risk to succeed. She lived with nothing and after the adventure, almost everyone is inspired by her actions and wants to be like her being the hero with the slaves. As what they say, they say that ONE picture can say 1000 words. This picture shows all of the adventures, risk, and  the biggest dream she had. You probably know what she already did and she is all around the school. For me, she is inspirational because she is very smart. This relates to black history month because she freed all of the slaves and they all worked together which is what every human should do. I learned a lot from her.

This is  the funny Superbowl commercial with Danny DeVito. The purpose of this video is to get good attention with humor of being a M&Ms. The stance is to buy M&Ms so they can be eaten. The most audience that would be interested is people are into humor and the celebrity Danny DeVito that will be very excited to see him on the Superbowl Commercial. People would love this commercial because  M&Ms already have a great commercials and they made another one which will get them excited to see it.

This is the Doritos and Mountain Dew commercial with big celebrities.  The purpose of this video is to get us to sign with them and they will be interested to go against each other. The stance is to buy Doritos and Mountain Dew. They made it against each other to get more money so they can get people to buy one of those. The audience is obviously people who likes to sing or cold or hot. Shows that each person has opinions.

This is a Bud Light commercial in the mid evil times when they are in war. The purpose of this video is to stop fighting and get a beard or to have a good time and relax with this drink. The stance is to buy Bud Light and have fun also to relax. The audience is people who likes history. Also they like to see them in war. And of course, people who likes to drink beer will definitely want to buy it because it is very clever.

What is your social issue?

My social issue is that Should the U.S. declare war on ISIS?

Why is it such a social issue?  What do people disagree about in relation to this topic?

It is a social issue because we can be in war versus a terrorist group. People can disagree with this people people wouldn’t want any war whatsoever. Which I understand because people doesn’t want any war happening.

What is your proposed solution?  Why do you think this is the best solution?

My solution is that we should declare war because we have more focus on the middle east problems. Also so Trump can focus also because he has be lacked about the U.S. lately.

What are pros to your solution?

The pros for the solution is that we have more focus and they can be beaten easily as we think.

What are cons to your solution?

They can attack on the U.S. soil and there can be a war inside of  the U.S.

The first item is a spatula and a piece of meat which represent of me being a chef in the future. It is my future dream also  my career that I want to do. It is important for me because it is what I want to do in the future. The other item is a music note with represents me because I love to listen to music. It is important to me because music helped me through a lot. It is important to them also because other people needs to eat to survive, and they also need to listen to music to feel more calm with their feelings. In the other classes, I seen some weight lift. Some are random equipment that means to them also. Other is some with sports balls because they love sports and other are just random things I see. I don’t really see them relate able to the writing process. But if I have to, the spatula means that people in the U.S. army will be needing the food if the war ever happens and the music notes would mean they will be needing the music. Music is way more important than war. My assignment is that Should the U.S. should declare war on ISIS. I thought about that because I wondered if they should and what would happen if it did happen. I made this decision because I love to cook and because I love music. This is my explanation of my drawing and I hope you understand.

In the Isidewith website, I picked a topic if The United States should declare war on ISIS. 51% of the United States who votes said Yes and 49% said no. In my opinion I think that we shouldn’t in many different reasons. I think we should stay out of the middle east conflicts unless they threaten us. Or until they attack on the U.S. soil. The reason for that is because we don’t want to get in their way because they could have solve the problem and then all of a sudden the United States get in the middle and mess up everything and they will blame us and they will attack us.  Well that is what I think. We never know what will happen but it’s better if we don’t. Also, I don’t want any of our troops to get killed in the war for something we are not involved in. Also, we don’t know if they are going to be Isis members because we can accidentally attack the civilians. They use drones to attack Isis but sometimes the kill civilians which is not okay for some of the families. Just let them be and they will not get us involved and we will be peaceful until they declare war on us or attack us in the U.S. soil.

This pretty much describes me a lot because me and my friends agree on it. They represent me because I never seem to be mean to anyone even if they are to me. I just let it go. You guys can tell about my height, everyone says I am very tall and I agree. Overall I am very quite and I don’t think that someone is better than the other.
